Rate limits

Each API key can make 50 requests per second, with bursts of up to 100. Exceeding it returns:

HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests
Retry-After: 1

Wait for Retry-After seconds, then retry with the same Idempotency-Key. Use webhooks instead of polling to stay well under the limit.
